Workshops/Course

1.1 Full payment for all courses is required at the time of booking.

1.2 Any cancellation will incur a cancellation charge of £40 when made more than 6 weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course fee.

1.3 We will confirm our acceptance of your booking in writing, and it is at that time we will send out the confirmation that becomes a contract between us.

1.4 Please note that personal insurance is not included.

Prices & Payments

All prices quoted on this site are in UK pounds and include VAT. Delivery charges are inclusive unless otherwise stated. Please note non – UK delivery charges will be quoted on request. For all prints requiring overseas delivery, these can be sent mounted only due to excessive charges for glass and the high risk of damage in transit.
Delivery

As each order is dealt with on an individual basis please allow up to 21 days to ship your order. A confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent within 24 hours with an estimated delivery date stated. Please contact us should your order be of any urgent matter. You will also be notified once your goods have been despatched. Delivery times may vary and if you have purchased multiple items, may arrive separately. Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages or shortages must be noted at the time of delivery on the drivers docket, please note on this docket if you are unable to check the goods ie if the goods are crated. It is your responsibility to contact us the same day as the delivery to notify us of any problems you have experienced.

If, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your product then please notify us immediately.

More Info

All prints have an archive life of well over 100 years in normal conditions. However, prolonged, direct sunlight on any photographic image prematurely ages it. Therefore, we recommend you place your product away from direct sunlight.

UK Postage & Delivery

All our prices are quoted in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the national rate. The prices shown on product pages of this site are inclusive of shipping costs.
